Booth Pricing
- Priority Point: $25.00 per square foot (or $2,500 per 10×10 booth)
- Standard: $28.00 per square foot (or $2,800 per 10×10 booth)
- Non-profit: $21.00 per square foot (or $2,100 per 10×10 booth)
- Island premium fee: $500
- Expo Suite (20×20)—Exhibitor: $4,250
- Expo Suite (20×20)—Non-exhibitor: $8,500
- Shared Space Fee: $1,000
Each 10×10 booth reserved includes four complimentary exhibit hall passes for your company personnel to gain access to HearTECH Expo. You may purchase additional passes at $50 each.

Booth Sizes
The minimum booth size available is 10×10 (100 square feet). We are not “capping” booth sizes at 2023 HearTECH Expo. Please feel free to work with our team to design the booth size that works best for you, allowing you to showcase your products and services in a way that fits your needs.
Payment Schedule
Exhibitors contracting exhibit space will have two (2) scheduled payments:
- 50 percent of total space cost is due on or before October 31, 2022
- Remaining balance due on or before December 31, 2022
* Late Fee: Oustanding balance after December 31, 2022, will incur a late fee of $500.
Payment Options
Payments will be accepted by credit card, check, or wire/electronic transfer, and must be payable to American Academy of Audiology, Inc.
All funds in U.S. dollars. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 3.5 percent PROCESSING FEE (the 3.5 percent processing fee will be added to your invoice total). EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WIRE/BANK FEES.

Booth Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or reduction of exhibit space must be made in writing and confirmed by the Academy:
- On/ before October 31, 2022—$500
- November 1-December 31, 2022—50 percent of total amount due
- After December 31, 2022—NO REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT

Exhibitor Registration and Housing
- Each 10×10 booth reserved includes four complimentary booth hall passes for your company personnel to gain access to HearTECH Expo. You may purchase additional passes at $50 each.
- Exhibitors who would like to purchase full access to AAA 2023+HearTECH Expo may do so at $550 each.
- Exhibitors who would like access to an educational session at AAA 2023+HearTECH Expo may do so at $100 each.
- Exhibitor Request A Block will be available as of September 12 for all exhibitors and partners who have reserved or committed to the 2023 show during the priority point period.

Move-In and Tear-Down
Move-In
The exhibit hall will open at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 19. To comply with required safety standards, all exhibitors must be show-ready by 3:00 pm on Wednesday.

- It is against exposition regulations to tear down prior to 2:30 pm on Friday. Early departure will result in priority point penalties and/or being banned from future expos.
- Everything MUST be out by 3:00 pm Saturday otherwise freight will be removed and consigned at the exhibitor’s expense.
- Drivers must be checked in no later than 2:30 pm on Friday, April 21.
