Charge Description
- Maintain governing documents for the organizations
- Support the nominations recruitment and selection of a nominations slate processes for the annual board election,
- Ensure periodic review and updating of the Academy bylaws, operating manual, policies and procedures, and ethics documents.
- Promote and facilitate cross-council collaboration and communications to ensure a coordinated effort to advance organizational priorities.
- Provide oversight of DEIB initiatives and efforts to infuse the DEIB perspective across the governance structure.
