As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, many CE Providers are considering changes to in-person course offerings.
Handling In-Person Event Decisions as a CE Provider
Please send the Academy an e-mail should you wish to change a course format from an in-person event to live web stream and/or on-demand web seminar, reschedule your event, or cancel your event.
Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- Course Code
- Type of Change Requested
- If changing format, please let us know
- How you will be offering the course
- How you will measure the learning, i.e., assessment
- How you will track attendance
- New Start Date/End Date
- If rescheduling within the 2020 calendar year, please let us know
- New Start Date/End Date, if known.
NOTE: Annual in-person events that will be canceled and rescheduled for the 2021 calendar year will need to be resubmitted and approved in 2021.
