In these current economic times, we recognize that some of our members will find themselves in challenging financial circumstances. To that end, the Academy is offering financial support through its Member Support Program available to qualifying members in good standing.
Qualifications
Qualifying circumstances for support include loss of employment, family leave, the inability to work due to a medical diagnosis and/or corresponding issues, or full-time pursuit of a second doctoral degree.
In order to qualify, a member must be in good standing and must have paid dues for the past three continuous years. If accepted into the program, members will be granted a 30% discount off their annual membership dues for the upcoming renewal year.
Support may be requested up to a lifetime maximum of five years for each member.
How to Apply
To apply to the Member Support Program, send an email to membership@audiology.org and explain the nature of your situation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any incorrect or untrue statements made by a member are in violation of the Academy’s Code of Ethics and may lead to the initiation of an ethics complaint.
EZ Pay Program
EZ Pay members are not eligible for the Member Support Program. The Academy offers a monthly membership subscription through our EZ Pay Program. Dues are 1/12 of the annual membership dues per month and may be cancelled at any time. Learn more about the Academy’s EZ Pay Program and enroll.
