The Academy offers yearly and monthly membership dues subscriptions through our EZ Pay Program.

Members receiving discounted dues through the Member Support Program, are on a customized installment plan, or are using a discount code for membership dues at the time of payment, are ineligible to enroll in EZ Pay.

Monthly EZ Pay

Membership dues are 1/12 of the annual membership dues per month. Payments will be charged on or around the 1st of each month except in the month of December when dues are charged at the beginning of the month for December and then again at the end of the month for January when Yearly EZ Pay subscriptions are run.

Subscribers will receive an email a few days ahead of when payment will be processed. Please see below for the monthly membership dues amount for each membership type.

Yearly EZ Pay

Membership dues run on a calendar year, January-December, and are paid in full at the time payment is due. Yearly payments will be charged at the end of the year in the third week of December. Subscribers will receive an email a few days ahead of when payment will be processed. Please see below for the annual membership dues amount for each membership type.

How to Enroll

There are several ways members can enroll in the Academy’s EZ Pay Program.

New and Rejoining Members

New and rejoining members can enroll in EZ Pay during the online application process at check-out. Once items have been added to the cart, a pop-up box will appear asking about enrollment in EZ Pay. To enroll, choose the frequency – monthly or yearly – and select “Yes”. After reviewing the information on the next page, click on the “View Cart” button and proceed to payment. Your card will automatically be saved for future payments.

Renewing Members

Members wishing to switch to an EZ Pay subscription when membership renewals are open can do so during the online renewal process. On the payment page, an opportunity will be given to save credit card information. When “Yes” is selected, additional options will appear to enroll in automatic payments as well as choose the frequency – monthly or yearly.

Note: Monthly EZ Pay subscribers will see an adjustment made to their membership dues line item on their invoice showing the monthly amount. Application fees, donations, and products will remain at full price. EZ Pay is only available for membership dues.

Yearly EZ Pay subscribers will not see an adjusted amount for membership dues and will proceed to payment.

How to Unsubscribe

Members can confirm their enrollment in EZ Pay by logging in to their member dashboard. On the main landing page near the top of the dashboard, text will appear noting subscription in EZ Pay as well as the membership expiration date.

Payments that fail to process will result in the membership not being activated or renewed. Academy staff will reach out to members in these instances to help remedy the situation. Subscribers will be given a specified timeline to complete the payment process before the membership is expired.

To unsubscribe, members should call the Academy at 800-222-2336, option 3 or email membership@audiology.org requesting to be unsubscribed. Academy staff will follow up with a confirmation of unenrollment.
