Andrew Stafford

I started with the Academy in August 2018 and I am the senior director of professional standards and credentialing. In that role, I provide staff support for the American Board of Audiology (ABA), the Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education (ACAE), and the Academy’s Ethical Practices Committee. I work with the ABA to enhance and strengthen our current certification and certificate programs and to improve services for our credential holders. For ACAE, I manage the online accreditation platform, assist current and future accredited programs in all aspects of their ACAE accreditation, and support the ACAE board in all aspects of its work.

My previous experience includes seven years managing all aspects of exam development and delivery for an interior design certification program. Prior to that, were many years working as an interior design project manager focused in retail design while also serving as an accreditation site visitor for interior design degree programs.

I am proud to be part of the Academy team providing service and support to the audiology profession.
