Dr. Erin Adkins is a clinical/pediatric audiologist at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston Salem, NC, where she has worked for the last 8 years. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D) from the University of Louisville in 2015. She has served ABA in multiple capacities, including participation on both the Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification (PASC) exam development and Pediatric Audiology Clinical Practice Analysis Survey committees. She is the lead audiologist for the NICU newborn hearing program at Brenner Children’s Hospital. Her areas of specialization include: neonatal hearing assessment/care coordination, pediatric diagnostics/auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, and traditional as well as bone-anchored hearing aids.
